You can enter some information listed on your receipt if you can’t locate the survey entry ID on your receipt.

Enter the Survey without an Entry ID

Instead of an entry ID, you will have a store phone number printed on the receipt. Customers can participate in the survey with the store phone number, date, and time of the purchase printed on the receipt.

  1. Phone number of the store (found at the top of the receipt)
  2. Date (the date shown on the receipt for the transaction)
  3. Time (as printed on the receipt in hours and minutes)

The survey questions will appear on the page where you go after clicking “Start Survey.” It will take you five to ten minutes to finish.
